Ingredients
- 1 cup garlic scapes chopped
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 2 cups olive oil
- 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
- Measure out all ingredients
- Add ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth
- Taste and adjust seasoning
- Store in an airtight container up to 1 week, or in the freezer up to 3 months
