Ingredients
- 24 g olive oil
- 320 g white onion diced
- 320 g bella mushrooms sliced
- 20 g tamari
- 20 g balsamic vinegar
- 12 g minced garlic
- 8 g smoked paprika
- 120 g sunflower seed chopped
- 28 g flax ground
- 200 g quinoa soak overnight in boiling water
- 200 g water
- 16 g parsley dried
- 8 g thyme dried
- 5 g salt
- 2 g black pepper
- 40 g pea protein
- 8 g psyllium husk
- 70 g water
Instructions
- Mix equal parts quinoa and boiling water and sit for 12 hours
- Form into 150 gram patties using burger mold and freeze flat in freezer bags. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until crisp and golden
