Ingredients
- 150 g ground beef fried
- .25 c salsa
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 40 g spring mix lettuce
- 25 g red onion diced
- 40 g corn
- 80 g black beans
- 40 g tomatoes diced
- 10 g cilantro fine chopped
- 50 g cheddar cheese shredded
- 50 g tortilla house baked chips
- 90 g sour cream dressing 60/40 sour cream/salsa
Instructions
- Fry ground beef and drain. Add salsa and taco seasoning.
- Plating instructions: place season, cooked beef in corner of dish with 4oz cup of sour cream dressing.Make barrier between beef and remainder of ingredients with black beans, Add remaining ingredients.House Baked Nacho Chips: brush 8" tortillas with olive oil, cut into eights (cut in half three times) and bake at 350 F for 4 - 5 minutes WATCHING closely- remove from oven when slightly brown - generously salt chips immediately after removing from oven and lay out on baking sheet pan to cool. Pack 6 chips in 8ox deli contaier.
