- 35 g lentil cooked
- 25 g onions roasted
- 1/2 tsp chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- .6 tsp turmeric powder
- .6 tsp tsp salt
- 4 tbsp beef stock
Instructions
- 1. heat olive oil2. add onions and roast 3. add the spices roast 4. add ground beef sauté and cook till almost done5. add tomatoes roast6. add beef stock and simmer for 10 min.
