Ingredients

  • 150 g ground beef saute
  • 35 g lentil cooked
  • 25 g onions roasted
  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • .6 tsp turmeric powder
  • .6 tsp tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp beef stock

Instructions

  • 1. heat olive oil
    2. add onions and roast
    3. add the spices roast
    4. add ground beef sauté and cook till almost done
    5. add tomatoes roast
    6. add beef stock and simmer for 10 min.
