Ingredients
- 450 g ground beef
- 150 g spinach rough chop
- 1 tsp chilly powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup red lentil washed and soaked in water 1/2 hour
- 100 gr diced tomato
- 1 tsp chilly powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cherry tomato chopped
- 1/4 onion roast
- 20 gr cucumber chopped
- 20 gr fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- .3 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Drain spinach - Then combine all ingredients into a bowl.
- Form 26g meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 - 18 minutes. 3 meatballs per serving.
- Red Lentil Sauce starts here
- boil lentils in 2.5 cups of water with all the ingredients
- boil until lentils are cooked to a sauce consistency
- For chutney add spices , coriander leaves , and lemon juice to onions, tomatoes and cucumbers and mix all together
