Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

  • 150 g chicken breast flatten & roasted
  • 130 g white basmati rice
  • 60 g broccoli roasted
  • 60 g carrot roasted
  • 15 g tandoori spice
  • 30 g tandoori sauce

Instructions

  • Flatten chicken breast to 3/4" and generously coat with tandoori spice. Bake 8 minutes, turn and bake 4 minutes - check for internal temp 165 F
