Tomato Sauce

Servings: 57 serving (4oz)

Ingredients

  • 6400 ml crushed tomato
  • 120 ml tomato paste
  • 100 g water
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 50 g date
  • 20 g dried oregano
  • 20 g sea salt
  • 5 g chili flakes

Instructions

  • In a large pot on medium-high #5 heat add olive oil and onion - saute 5 minutes. Add all ingredients EXCEPT CRUSHED TOMATO and simmer 5 minutes. Add crushed tomato and simmer on #3 for 45 minutes, stir occansionally. Taste for salt.
