Ingredients
- 6400 ml crushed tomato
- 120 ml tomato paste
- 100 g water
- 100 g olive oil
- 50 g date
- 20 g dried oregano
- 20 g sea salt
- 5 g chili flakes
Instructions
- In a large pot on medium-high #5 heat add olive oil and onion - saute 5 minutes. Add all ingredients EXCEPT CRUSHED TOMATO and simmer 5 minutes. Add crushed tomato and simmer on #3 for 45 minutes, stir occansionally. Taste for salt.
