Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats

Prep Time: 10 minutes minutes

Ingredients

  • 100 g oats for plant milk
  • 50 g chia seed
  • 100 g almond butter
  • 200 g gf oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 40 g Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 850 g water for plant milk

Instructions

  • Mix oats and water to make plant milk.
  • Whisk in chia seeds gradually.
  • Allow to thicken. Portion into 180 grams.

Notes

Add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder to make chocolate overnight oats
 
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of cardamom, and increase cinnamon to 1 teaspoon to make "golden mylk" overnight oats. Use coconut milk as the base.
 
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and 1 tablespoon of orange juice to make "orange dreamsicle" overnight oats. Replace half of the milk with orange juice.
